Adds a bilingual (zh/en) section to the READMEs explaining how PixelForge relates to the existing MoonBit image libraries on mooncakes.io (millow, MoonVision, shunge/image): overlaps are limited to common basic filters; positioning and unique capabilities (codec breadth, browser Playground, bitmap text, perceptual hashing, deterministic noise, statistics, engineering transparency) are clearly different.
